  1. Ghost Lite
  2. (fat-free version of) The Ultimate File Hiding Utility

  4. Ghost Lite is a useful application for hiding important files on your hard disk. I suggest you either keep it (or an alias of it) on your desktop. To use, simply drag any file or folder onto the Ghost icon. The file will instantly disappear (no need to restart).

  6. To get a file back, launch FileTyper and open the file you hid. (It will be in the same place it was originally.) Then uncheck "Invisible". If your file/folder had a custom icon, check "Has Custom Icon".
